Silom Road, Bangkok
One day in Bangkok, I took a walk along Silom Road towards the Pullman G Hotel to attend an art exhibition. This is one of my favourite roads in the city because it’s always full of life – and traffic! Photographs taken in December 2018 by Morrisophotography.
Peaking down Soi 20..

Tuk-tuk, traffic and Sri Mahamariamann Temple in the background..

My favourite building in Bangkok – Mahanakhon..
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas – I love the display of Poinsettias..
Another tuk-tuk and a relatively quiet stretch of Silom Road..

Waiting patiently for the incessant traffic and another photo of Mahanakhon (I can’t help it!)..
Inside the Pullman G Hotel..

Lighting ideas?…

Pearada’s Day Out – the art exhibition I went to see (more photos of her wonderful paintings to follow)..

Night time views (of the traffic!) and buildings opposite the Pullman G Hotel..

Security detail..
Attempting to be arty in the bar..
After dark views along Silom Road with State Tower at the end..

I love looking back on these photographs, they remind me how much I love Bangkok. It is definitely one of my favourite cities! I hope you enjoyed the walk along Silom Road as much as I did. Cheers!
